- CONTROLS -

[MOUSE] : Look around

[WASD] : Walk

[E] : Open doors, talk to friends etc. 

[F] : Torch on/off

[RIGHT CLICK] : Call out to your friends

[TAB] : Check photo

[ESC] : Show controls

[Q] : Quit game

WE SHOULDN'T HAVE COME HERE...

You and your friends have found yourselves lost in a dark, creepy house.  Your friends are missing, and the way out isn't clear.  Something lurks in the dark, hunting you and your companions.  

Can you find your friends and make it out alive?  Or will the monster find them first?

- THE GAME - 

Dark Whisper is an experimental game I put together for 2024's Scream Jam.  

The goal is to find your friends and leave the house before the monster eats you.  You can, of course, leave without your friends if you want to...

It's easier to find your friends by calling out to them [RIGHT CLICK] and listening for their response.  Though your ears might lead you to your death if you're not careful...

If the monster sees you, your best bet is to turn off your flashlight [F] and get away as fast as you can.  Your friends might not be so lucky however.

The game is semi-randomised, with room, monster and NPC placement shuffled in each run, so you'll get a slightly different experience each time you play.

There are multiple endings depending on who you were able to save.

Oh and make sure you talk to Billy, he's got loads of tips for you!  David and Susan... not so much.
