A game by NPJarcade, made in about four days for GMTK Game Jam 2026.

- HOW TO PLAY -

• The reports are in!  It's your job to TYPE them onto the teleprompter
• Be QUICK as we're going live any second now! 
• Too many MISTAKES and you're FIRED!
• There is no ending, just try to keep your job for as long as possible...

- TIPS -

• You'll automatically move onto the next sentence when you've reached the end
• The report will automatically go to the presenter once you've typed the whole thing
• There's no need to press ENTER to submit the script, unless you run out of time and the boss is on your back!  Finish your sentence and SEND THE SCRIPT!
• You won't score points on missed sentences
• You'll get a time bonus for finishing the script early
• You can earn bonus points for getting a perfect score
• When you start flashing red you've only got one more chance before the boss fires you!  Getting a perfect score is the only way to get him off your back!

Thank you for playing!  This is a submission to 2026's GMTK Game Jam, hosted by Mark Brown of Game Maker's Toolkit. 

The theme of the jam is 'COUNTDOWN'. 

The reports and sentences are completely random so you'll have a different experience each time you play.

Adjust the difficulty in the main menu if you're struggling to keep up, or fancy a real challenge! 

- NOTES -

Fullscreen doesn't work properly on the web version, but you can zoom in your web browser if you want the screen to be a bit bigger.  Alternatively the downloadable version supports fullscreen.
